1. Data Controller
The data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. is Ledgerova s.r.o., with its registered office at Eurovea Central 2, Pribinova 4, 811 09 Bratislava, Company ID: 56 482 193, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III District Court, Section Sro, Insert No. 178924/B.
2. Data we process
We process your first name, surname, email address and — where you register as an investor — your residential address, date of birth, identity document number and the data required for identity verification under Slovak Act No. 297/2008 Coll. on Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
3. Purpose of processing
We process personal data to provide crowdfunding services, to send marketing communications (only with consent), to fulfil legal obligations and to protect our legitimate interests.
4. Retention period
We retain personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for the period required by law (typically 10 years under AML legislation).
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
