Terms & Conditions
1. Preliminary provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the rights and obligations of Ledgerova s.r.o., Company ID: 56 482 193, as a crowdfunding service provider, and the users of the ledgerova.com platform.
2. Definition of service
Ledgerova operates a digital platform for real-estate crowdfunding within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers for business.
3. Registration and verification
Use of the investment part of the platform requires registration, identity verification under AML legislation (KYC) and an investor suitability assessment via an investment questionnaire.
4. Investment risks
Investing in real-estate projects involves risks, including the total loss of invested capital. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Read the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) carefully before investing.
5. Fees
Entering an investment opportunity is free for investors. The company charges a performance fee of 1.5% on the profit achieved, after its successful distribution.
6. Right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 4 calendar days of its conclusion without giving a reason, in accordance with Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503.
7. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic or, where applicable, via the European Commission's ODR platform.
